Staff Kinetics has been bringing families and au pairs (EU / Non-EU) together, as part of a cultural exchange program, in Europe for over 15 years. Our approach is of a consultative nature; listing to the preferences of the family and advise which au pair will qualify best. Due to our extensive network and broad experience, our organization is able to deliver an au pair with the right skills and cultural fit, while always respecting the wishes of the au pair and the family.
Matching Service
We match au pairs from almost all nationalities* with host families in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourgh, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switserland.
By means of an extensive background check, we can ensure that each au pair meets the requirements of the au pair program and, if applicable, is eligible for an au pair visa. We are not offering visa services.
Dutch Au Pair Cultural & Language Course
Staff Kinetics provides Dutch cultural language courses specifically and fully equipped for the au pair participating in the au pair program in the Netherlands. We provide group and private courses, which we provide online or in one of our training facilities.
The course will focus on topics related to the au pair and the host family in the Netherlands. After the course, an au pair will be able to apply short sentences in Dutch in different situations with the host family. In addition to the language, we will discuss Dutch culture, holidays and Dutch customs as well. Contact us to find out more.
